  • If the offer is not accepted by the insurer and policy owner, we undertake appraisal. This is a third-party mediation process, a statutory right in your policy, that allows for a quick and fair settlement.

    Most policy owners are not aware of this process and insurance companies generally wish to avoid appraisal and are generally incented to settle prior.

    This is a great last resort to settle the claim.
